Axelle Ahanhanzo is a trailblazing force in the realm of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I). With a wealth of subject-matter expertise in anti-racism, neuroinclusivity and gender equity, she founded Laudace in April 2023, a consultancy firm & ecosystem dedicated to an equity-first and intersectionality-focused approach to driving ED&I awareness & education.

Next to a career spanning across sales, recruitment, communication and DEI, Axelle possesses a unique perspective and cross-cultural awareness. She has lived in 8 different countries, speaks 6 languages, and holds an MSc in Corporate Communications from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands), a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace certification from the USF Muma Business School (USA), and BA in Modern Languages and European Studies (Culture, History & Society) from the University of Birmingham (UK).

Through her lived experiences of burnout, workplace trauma and exclusion, combined with her passion for organizational psychology and transformation, Axelle amplifies the marginalized identity groups she identifies with from holistic perspectives and intersectional lenses.

In Spring 2023, she emerged as a Top 10 Finalist at TEDxAmsterdamWomen’s Talent Night, delivering a compelling pitch on the urgency of creating a more neuroinclusive world for girls and women from all backgrounds. Axelle’s commitment to ED&I is unwavering, and her atypical background fuels her passion for driving positive and sustainable change.
